These are among the largest we make,
Making them so big is really complex, it is not easy to attach such long spines to the base, make them remain adherent and not make them bend or unmold during cooking
they are baked at 950°C.
Being entirely handmade they are never of the same shape and size, in general they are between 11 and 14 cm high and between 18 and 23 cm wide.
